The room was perfectly clean, also it had smoke detectors. The staff was fairly friendly in all services. We loved the quiet atmosphere. The location in the old medina was magnificent and particularly good for us.

Its location in Marrakesh was lovely, so close to the fountain in the riad, the services offered by the Riad, and a back alley. The staff members were all affable, the rooms were new-fashioned with mint tea, beautiful decor, for instance.

This hotel truly felt like a home away from home in the heart of Marrakesh. The location was fantastic, situated on a quiet street just a few steps away from the bustling main square. The staff provided top-notch service, recommending great places to visit and even arranging trips to the Atlas mountains. The rooms were beautifully decorated in elegant Moroccan style, with some offering stunning views of the medina. And the breakfast options were perfect for those who are health-conscious.

Everything was just perfect at this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, tucked away on a quiet side alley just outside the bustling medina. The attention to detail in the elegant Moroccan-style rooms is truly impressive, with beautiful views of the surrounding medina. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, even walking guests to nearby restaurants so you can experience the best meals in town. And for those watching their diet, the breakfast options provided are both satisfying and healthy, catering to all tastes.

All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any issues we had. Our suite was very clean and spacious, with beautiful modern decor. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The location in the heart of the city was magical, tucked away in a quiet back alley but still just steps away from the main square. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore this wonderful city.

    Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel was located at a strategic location which made it easy for me to visit most of the attractions and restaurants nearby. The hospitality was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to help me with any query I had. , the rooms were neat and tidy, with a good toiletries selection.

The hot water supply was inconsistent. I had to wait for few minutes it to warm up between showers.

The attention to detail at this hotel is exceptional. From the personalized airport transfers to the unique table settings and delicious menu, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully catered to. The Italian chic blended with Moroccan details created a cool and calm ambiance that we loved. The spacious rooms, with their elegant Moroccan style and views of the medina, were a treat to wake up in. And the breakfast options were not only tasty but also catered to our dietary needs, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

the frenetic sea of tourists never reached us, providing peaceful nights' rest. After enquiring about nearby food recommendations, we were led to a restaurant where we ate the best meal of our trip. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Our mornings were off to a great start with a delicious Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

The room lacked a view, but that didn't detract from our comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the main square where you can find a variety of shops including a carpet shop, a shop selling leather goods, and an antiques shop which resembled Aladdin's Cave. We were warmly greeted by the wonderful Khalid who made us feel really welcome. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offers great facilities such as a beautiful rooftop terrace and a relaxing courtyard.

Some of the amenities in the hotel were a bit outdated.

The attention to detail is exceptional, with large beds, comfortable seating areas, and plenty of plug points for all your devices. The location is fantastic, close to all the attractions and amenities of the city, yet situated on a quiet street where you can sleep like a baby.

No improvements needed, everything was amazing.

Loved the complimentary mint tea and the rose petals on the bed. the location was unbeatable, close to the markets and main attractions but still quiet at night. the staff went above and beyond helping me when I got lost in the winding streets.

The spa was a bit of a letdown, not what I expected. the room was a bit cramped for my liking, but it was clean and had good water pressure.
