Its location in Marrakesh was lovely, so close to the fountain in the riad, the services offered by the Riad, and a back alley. The staff members were all affable, the rooms were new-fashioned with mint tea, beautiful decor, for instance.

This hotel truly felt like a home away from home in the heart of Marrakesh. The location was fantastic, situated on a quiet street just a few steps away from the bustling main square. The staff provided top-notch service, recommending great places to visit and even arranging trips to the Atlas mountains. The rooms were beautifully decorated in elegant Moroccan style, with some offering stunning views of the medina. And the breakfast options were perfect for those who are health-conscious.
Everything was just perfect at this hotel.

The hotel was located at a strategic location which made it easy for me to visit most of the attractions and restaurants nearby. The hospitality was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to help me with any query I had. , the rooms were neat and tidy, with a good toiletries selection.
The hot water supply was inconsistent. I had to wait for few minutes it to warm up between showers.

the frenetic sea of tourists never reached us, providing peaceful nights' rest. After enquiring about nearby food recommendations, we were led to a restaurant where we ate the best meal of our trip. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Our mornings were off to a great start with a delicious Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
The room lacked a view, but that didn't detract from our comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the main square where you can find a variety of shops including a carpet shop, a shop selling leather goods, and an antiques shop which resembled Aladdin's Cave. We were warmly greeted by the wonderful Khalid who made us feel really welcome. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offers great facilities such as a beautiful rooftop terrace and a relaxing courtyard.
Some of the amenities in the hotel were a bit outdated.

Loved the complimentary mint tea and the rose petals on the bed. the location was unbeatable, close to the markets and main attractions but still quiet at night. the staff went above and beyond helping me when I got lost in the winding streets.
The spa was a bit of a letdown, not what I expected. the room was a bit cramped for my liking, but it was clean and had good water pressure.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
